• Black shimmery fabric with a chiffon style layer over the top
• Double layered
• Knee length
• Slim straps and a fitted shape with a side zip fastening.  The chiffon layer is crossed over the front in a floaty design and with tie details on the shoulders and subtle beading around the neckline
